At Frozli, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Perishable items, custom products, or items marked “final sale” are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
